Dr. Wesam Helou is a cabinet-level Chief Information Officer, national speaker, and practitioner-scholar whose career sits at the intersection of enterprise technology leadership and organizational resilience. Known for building high-performing organizations and driving transformational change, Dr. Helou brings a rare perspective that extends well beyond IT, having led both enterprise technology and Facilities operations at an urban public university, overseeing hundreds of staff and tens of millions in operational budget across both portfolios.
